Total market solutions is a promotional service for businesses, not some philanthropic gift for investors.

Here's the undeclared interest:
"Total Market Solutions offers a unique media platform created to enhance market footprint."

Its not going to reverse investor sentiment here - there's only one thing that will do that now.

From the number of times that these upstart blogs, commentators and posters mention revenue growth and the sheer volume of them, presumably none have ever gone near starting their own business, with their own money.

So much for the hopes of enterpreneurial growth in the economy. Clearly the government think that we need to attract some more "top talent" parasites being paid over 150K a year. Yes that should do the job nicely.

What we need is more bankers, more analysts, more commentators, more overseas real estate investors looking to buy up stock here and keep it vacant.

I'll repeat my earlier post as jansky61 evidently missed it.....

Liberum have initiated coverage on ORPH today with a Buy and 21.6p price target.

Their note is 62 pages long!

The opening summary paragraph is:

"Open Orphan is the global leader in challenge study CRO services, a small but growing pharmaceutical services segment. Sales are set to grow 27% this year, it is profitable and cash generative, has an current order book at >£80m and £15.4m of net cash (pre-IFRS16). Yet amongst investors it is largely unknown. In our view, Open Orphan offers investors a growth story in a defensive sector at an attractive entry point. Shares trade on an undemanding 7x 2023 EV/EBITDA and a 5.8% FCF yield, 60-80% below UK listed peers. This discount should narrow as growth is delivered, the track record extends, and investor awareness grows. We initiate with a BUY rating and a 21.60p TP."

M5..Investors are Going to get annoyed and Frustrated with all the exceptions the CEO gave at the time with no real substance just his over hyped statements which brought investors into OO. None of his statements ever came to fruition. So go back and read his comments about what would be but never happened . Look at POL for one . We're are the institutional buyers he said would take shares up never happened . Spin offs never happened . Mo seems a good CEO but he still has CF in background probably in his ear . He needs to stay quiet and let the contracts happen then comment after the event stop ramping and guessing OO out come as nothing he says now any one believes including the City

chica,

Watch and you'll see...

Just before results the gang start buying in, pump up the price, the gang then all appear... then they dump whilst trying to sway the all the gullible investors to stay invested whilst suggesting this year is different...

Obviously now I've mentioned it they won't as they are rattled and want to discredit any suggestion of pumping/dumping... as is usually the case.

Look at the previous posts... it's all there..

It's not a coincidence that they target me and anyone else who questions what's going on (Yump/Judi).

Pump/dump gang are not going to admit to it, are they?

How a Dutch Auction works..

It can get pretty complicated, but let’s look at a simplified example to help illustrate how a dutch tender offer works.

Let’s say that a fictional company called ABC Widgets conducts a Dutch auction for $10 million worth of shares, and it sets a price range between $10 and $15 for each share. Let’s assume that investors offer 500,000 shares at $10. At that amount, it means ABC would only meet half its sale threshold, at $5 million. (500,000×10=5 million). Now let’s say that the next batch of investors offers 400,000 shares at $12.50, worth another $5 million (400,000X12.5= 5 million), bringing the amount to the $10 million it has allotted.

ABC would end up purchasing those shares. However, if other shareholders offered to sell their shares above $12.50, ABC would not buy those shares, as those shares would exceed its aggregate sale amount.

ABC would essentially buy the shares at a weighted average price between the high and low ranges that meet its $10 million purchase price. (A weighted average is similar to an average, except that it weights some of the data points more heavily than others.)

Although the company will set its auction range at a premium, or higher than its existing share price, it can potentially save money on the share repurchase by buying some shares at the lower price, and others at higher prices. Investors have an incentive to sell by potentially benefiting from a sale at a higher price than the lowest one in the auction range.

Good to know: Often, companies will create something called an odd-lots provision. That’s for investors who own very few shares, typically fewer than 100. The odd-lots provision ensures that all of the shares are purchased at the prevailing price following the auction.

Something else to think about: A company that conducts a Dutch auction tender offer will typically do so over a set period of time, generally between one to two months. It is not required to complete the offer, and can cancel it at any time.

Do you really think that? I would say it is down to the type of investors, the share price fall was after an even bigger share price rise, many retail punters got caught out by their own greed and many larger investors made money selling to them. Those same investors may do so again buying the same shares back at these levels from the distressed retail punters. The Stock Market works to rinse retail, CEOs are just the cheerleaders and they all tend to over promise and under deliver and if they don’t holders moan they are not being bullish enough.
Take responsibility for your own investment decisions, they are down to you and solely you……

Response to my email is a waste of effort.
"The Company will provide an update on its cash position at the interims, alongside an investor presentation via Investor Meet Platform where investors will have a chance to ask questions of management and hear them present. The date of results will be confirmed in due course with a Notice of Results RNS.

Of course the Company is also frustrated by its share price performance. Management is focused, however, on effectively managing the conditions within their control, such as delivering growth in the core business and diversifying their offering.

Kind regards,

Louis"

I asked this

Are you able to explain what is going on with the almost daily fall in the share price? I realise market conditions are challenging but this has been going on for over a year when conditions were much better. Having made my investments in the mid 30 pence range I am reluctant to add any more until I can see an upturn here.

A while back we were fobbed off with “retail investors” selling but that won’t wash any more judging by the size of some sells and the consistent manner in which these are unloaded within seconds of each other during the course of the day(s).

If it is disgruntled ex directors unloading then we should be told and given some idea where their shares are ending up, ie. Is an institution building a stake? There was a mysterious 10 million share trade a few days ago but no TR-1 has been reported. I appreciate this may not have triggered a threshold notification but all this selling activity is very suspicious considering the news we have been getting on contract wins, trials etc.

Still no sign of CEO share purchase either.

We could do with a trading statement with an up to date cash position and a clear the air report or some other explanation as to what is going on.

IMHO, I thought Mo served up a lot of data for investors to mull over. The presentation was incredibly detailed. There was perhaps too much data for most retail investors to digest; therefore, the default position is to focus on the negatives. These being; further confusion around the spinouts, something I try to expand on. Covid work for the remainder of 2022 is likely to be negligible. I am not suggesting this; it is what some investors think.

Margins have not improved to the levels expected. But, again, this is something I try to address. We need to realise the Company is still evolving and attempting to establish a cross-selling model between three Companies, hVIVO, Venn, and ORPH while increasing bed capacity.

There is a shifting landscape towards more infectious disease challenge work. As a result, big pharma is seeking assistance from the ORPH group of companies in ways investors had not thought of and perhaps have yet to digest from Mo's presentation.

BTW, I think retail is being mugged off for a buyer.

Sik, you are a rare gift or would be if it wasn't for SM and ADVFN. Sadly, there are too many attention-seeking trolls, and all, like you, assume are right while everyone else is barking mad. You're like a woke warrior unable to see evidence of your won stupidity onlookers see plainly.

Your latest drivel borders on conspiratorial hogwash over the announcement of a £7.3 million contract; I would wager you have never concerned yourself with any of your own investments. I would not ordinarily mind, but for the fact, I have had the same screenshot sent to me three times, all with a 🤡 emoji and 🙈🙊 which aptly demonstrated what some investors think of you. Highly regarded, I suspect not!!

There's a straightforward answer to your question. Some corps insist on NDAs, and others are more relaxed. But unfortunately, it's an exceptionally simplistic answer to what I am sure is, in truth, far more complicated.

Your attempt at conspiratorially narrative doesn't portray you in a good light. You may argue you don't care for the latter, but this would fly in the face of your constant attempts to dissuade investors from investing in a company trying to do some good, even save lives. I am amazed some ORPH/POLB investors are not dishing out the same nonsense you do over at TLY - it typically inserts "circa" followed by a value. I wonder how you would interpret the same if ORPH did the same rather than a full-fat value? Oh, wait - silly me. You do not allow free speech or welcome contrarian opinions, and you ban people before they even get the opportunity. Tut, tut!

Please don't bother responding in the hope I will waste even more time on you. I am responding to screenshots. I hope I do not suffer any more of them and live in ignorance bliss a while longer.
