OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP), the agent-backed company which operates the OnTheMarket.com property portal, today announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS on 16 July 2019 at 9:30 am.

Hard copies of the Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 January 2019 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to shareholders who elected to receive these. With backing from its agent owners, OnTheMarket has developed unique sources of competitive advantage such as the thousands of "New & exclusive" property listings it receives every month from its agents to display 24 hours or more before they are on Rightmove or Zoopla.
