Director/PDMR Shareholding

OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in-store customer service, announces that it was informed that on 26 July 2017 that the beneficial interest of 26,174,584 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by Lane Capital Group ("LCG" a significant shareholder in the Company and ultimately controlled by interests associated with Gary Lane, Non-Executive director) has been transferred to Stuart Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer at a price of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to an existing loan agreement between the two parties (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Stuart Mitchell has a beneficial interest in 127,931,239 Ordinary Shares (of which 34,779,007 shares are held by LCG), representing approximately 15.50 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Gary Lane has a holding of 199,279,330 Ordinary Shares of which he has a beneficial interest in 164,500,323, representing approximately 19.93 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
