Beautiful trading stock this, I loaded up after Flowers, knowing there was 7.5p to bank dividends.

Plenty of time to buy in at 397-400p last week, great opportunity to trade.

That was a great arbitrage opp, 7.5p dividend and no fall in share price.Gift for those buying since Flowers offload.

Growth: Confident in double digit, good volume, good pipeline. Several months of completions under their belt, they know the first half business performance and seem very confident.Pillar 2a consultation reduction will help them favourably too. They are guiding way ahead of consensus.

The market may decline, but OSB is such a minnow it still expects to grow strong in the remainder of the year - they say mid-teens.

Lots of broker targets ratcheting up today, the ones I saw:

Date Broker Rating Old Target New Target Change
16-Mar-17 RBC Capital Markets Outperform 355.00 445.00 Reiteration

Date Broker Recommendation Price Old target price New target price Notes
16 Mar 17 Liberum Capital Under Review 403.80 395.00 - Under Review
16 Mar 17 Peel Hunt Buy 403.80 432.00 - Reiterates
16 Mar 17 Shore Capital Buy 403.80 - - Retains

Results did look impressive on the face of it.

All seems to be going well.

Still think the BTL business side is going to see a decline this year. Most professional investors I know are planning on reducing their portfolios or taking a wait and see approach for the next 12 months.

I guess it will take time to filter through to the bottom line.

I suspect today was profit taking following the strong run of late.

If this how the market reacts to good results, I shudder to think what the outcome would have been had they been 'indifferent' or even hint at unfulfilled expectation...?.

Frustrating day, good results, 20% growth, growth mid-teens and strong applications continue:

Following the strong performance in 2016, we entered 2017 with a strong pipeline of new business and are currently seeing very strong application levels in our core businesses. We expect to deliver net loan book growth in the mid-teens in 2017, whilst keeping NIM and cost to income ratio broadly flat to 2016. We will concentrate on what we have proven we do best: being a people focused business, using our relationships, manual underwriting expertise and secured lending strategy to lend responsibly to customers in underserved markets.

P/E of 15 and these would be 600p, discount this for risk and it seems well undervalued to me, I have a 500p as the next target. Hopefully we see upgrades and share appreciation tomorrow.
