Excellent reading this morning. Updated my fair value target of £7.47. A bit to go yet!

Yep,
the outlook is very bullish:

"Following this strong performance in 2016, we entered 2017 with a strong pipeline of new business and are seeing very strong application levels in our core businesses. We expect to deliver net loan book growth in the mid-teens in 2017, whilst keeping net interest margin and cost to income ratio broadly flat," added Golding.

Curious that directors and associates sold a total of 825,000 shares in December @ £3.1325 - you would have thought that they would have had greater faith .....?

Upgrades will be coming on these results:

Liberum said the company delivered an "excellent set of results" with underlying pre-tax profit coming in 3% ahead of its estimate and 4% ahead of consensus forecasts. The broker highlighted the group's bullish outlook and the NIM guidance, which Liberium thinks implies a positive impact of about 10% to the earnings per share consensus estimate.

"Our positive long term thesis on OneSavings Bank remains intact and since OSB has now surpassed our 395p price target, we move to 'under review' (from 'buy') ahead of revising our existing forecasts."

Nice, - couldn't really ask for more.

Market has been very unpredictable for a number of shares recently on results day.

One would have thought it should rise after results like that.

Possible profit taking and any weakness will represent a good buying opp and should soon recover.

The Vector Vest system is positive on this stock.
It is No 5 on the 13 week value search. They have a value of 535p per share as a long term target.
I shall buy tomoz.

Probably overbought, nevertheless I bought 1000 back, thought it might fall further (might still do).

Results are next Thursday 16th, that has squeezed my hand. SHAW results looked just ok, OSB looks much cheaper to me.

We'll see I guess.

Thanks Investec for downgrading this at 400p to a hold then switching to a buy three days later.I loaded up on the 40p drop in between, play the brokers at their own game.Barc has 450p target this week, that I think will be upgraded. Aldermore has been upgraded across the board after results.Looking forward to next week, more bank results to come too.

Numis have increased ALD profits expectations about 25%, OSB profits expectations are moving up.I think the sector is rating, SHAW takeover shows the sector is a bargain.Think these will jump Monday myself.
