Block Admission

Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L), the leading global immunodiagnostics group, announces that an application has been made for a block admission to trading on AIM in respect of 5,998,772 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company. It is expected that such admission will become effective on 21 September 2020.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to exercises of options under the Oncimmune Holdings Plc 2016 Unapproved and EMI Share Option Plan (the "Share Option Plan").

When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

This trial demonstrated that EarlyCDT Lung reduced the incidence of patients with late-stage lung cancer or unclassified presentation at diagnosis, compared to standard clinical practice.

Oncimmune, headquartered at its laboratory facility in Nottingham, UK, has a discovery research centre in Dortmund, Germany and a partner representative office in Shanghai, China. Oncimmune joined the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in May 2016 under the ticker ONC.L.
