Update re AbC-19(TM) Rapid Test
Omega (AIM: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on CD4, infectious diseases and food intolerance, notes today's update from Abingdon Health plc (AIM: ABDX) regarding the AbC-19(TM) Rapid Test and welcomes confirmation that they continue to work constructively with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to try to enable approval for home use and self-test of the AbC-19(TM) Rapid Test in the UK.
Abingdon have also confirmed that whilst the DHSC continues to have first refusal for supplies of the AbC-19(TM) Rapid Test through a Supply of Goods Contract that extends to 14 February 2021, the UK-RTC is liaising with customers and regulatory authorities across a total of 27 international territories, to allow future use of the product outside of the UK.
