Receipt of deferred consideration
Omega (AIM: ODX), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, announces that it has now received the GBP4.0m of deferred consideration relating to the sale of the CD4 business.
Accordingly, as of close of business on 24 November 2022, Omega held cash balances of GBP6.5m.
