05/6/2019 10:51 | Its probably a cross Barry. So at least the shares haven't been dumped on the open market. It will be interesting what transpires later today | upomega

04/6/2019 18:19 | not sure if that's a positive or not. . why would they suddenly need to raise funds that quick | upomega
04/6/2019 18:05 | No, Upo. That's the max they were allowed before going for shareholder approval. | likitorma
04/6/2019 17:42 | this may be of interest. The recent fundraise is the least that Omega has raised compared to other fundraising. So a plus sign is that this could be to fill a small gap until profits return. So maybe the company anticipates returning to profitability within six months | upomega
03/6/2019 22:44 | Upo, any evidence to back up the following statement: "As far as I can determine the bod are paid the going rate" Remember their MCAP is only £13million. Could get quotes for £10k worth of buy suggesting this will likely move down in coming days. How low will they take it. | likitorma
03/6/2019 22:27 | Lik As far as I can determine the bod are paid the going rate. Maybe if they could take a pay cut and accept an options package in return.that would at least give a good incentive to drive the share price forward. On a positive if things are on track Nigeria have finished field trials so hopefully an order for visetect will follow shortly.the only worry there is how the company receives payment from production. | upomega
03/6/2019 21:45 | While we debate on the prospects of the company, the directors are enjoying nice fat salaries. | likitorma
03/6/2019 15:07 | He's made some very good buys elsewhere but not always. I think he got trapped in PIM and Bango. | p1nkfish
03/6/2019 14:29 | Dibs, that’s just his placing shares.. | barrywhit
03/6/2019 14:15 | Sneller has increased his stake again from 20% to 22% Do you just keep throwing good money after bad? I am reminded of the comment in the recent RNS...... "whilst the Board continues its strategy to realise value in the short-term in-line with its strategic review" | dibs61
01/6/2019 23:58 | Directors' remuneration in 2018: Shepherd: £218k Hurbinson: £151k Grewal: £142k King: £181k All this while share price keeps crashing. Time to call a day on them. The recent raise adds up nicely to the board salary. | likitorma
