likitorma.
Codes. Do you know if the shares are sets traded. If so it could simply been a cross trade outside of sets that has now been adjusted for the consideration

Code 500 this morning implies that they will be taking the share price down.

There are currently 10 vacancies advertised on Linked in. If its accurate and not duplications then maybe things are beginning to move in a positive way.

Hyperboreus, well spotted, I thought David Evans had increased his holding but wasn't 100% sure....

With reference to the updated Significant Shareholders on the website.....

how interesting that the former Non Executive Chairman David Eric Evans has more than likely taken part in the recent fundraising effort as his personal holding is now 5,154,745 or 3.87% whereas on 10 September 2018 his holding was 4,154,745 or 3.27%

I wondered who had contributed other than Sneller and Mills, now we know that NXC has coughed up another £100,000 to keep things ticking along, nice one Dave 👍

Thanks for the update Barry. It looks like iii interactive are no longer on there. From memory the holding was about 4%. So it looks like a number of investors offloaded in the last six months. So a big relief that there has been no manipulation. Maybe just a co incidence in timing of the placing .. On the plus side there is now less stock out there. So any positive news should move this forward. A good press article would help

Probably clutching at straws but with reference to previous barry post here is a link to a forthcoming event from their website where ODX get a mention:

In terms of agms in my past experience of them. They are usually a waste of time.(that's all different company agms I have attended in the past.egms are the ones to call or attend. Not that I would agree to one in omegas case

Likitormin in the past you alluded to my motive's and lack of research in terms of investing in omega. My view was and still is that the company is financially ill represented by financial advisors presently as well as previously.unfortunately aim rules seem to allow this.
I have taken the view that the good guys will win through in the end and this will come good.

Likitorma.
If it,s the banking/finance system which still seems to be surviving in their vile climate. Then I whole heartly agree with you,but for me as long as the board continue to deliver from what has recently been stated.then I'm fine by that short term however.one other point inmo is that the burnet institute could gave prometed visetect a little better.after all it is in their interests.

I reckon there will be fireworks at the next AGM and if the directors are not careful, the fireworks may well originate from their backside.

The change needed, the catalyst, needs to be substantial.
A big partner might do it else it's a long, long, slog that disproves the release of value in the short term.

So - very big news or some sort of sale/break-up.

After the last debacle and the contradictory statements I really have a problem believing them. Longshanks was in a similar position (frame of mind).

Am I missing something here. CD4 350 and 200 now commercialised. Food intolerance about to enter a new growth phase with sales in China. Cash raised to cover the short term liquidity problem. (Albeit not raised as I would have personally hoped).
For me what transpires over the next six months is going to be crucial . INMO from what the board have stated in their strategic review . There is little more that can be added apart from securing a large strategic partner which inmo is the way forward. In terms of marketing spend and world contacts.Maybe have the banks been a little more obliging the overdraft facility would have been the best option. INMO RBS only survived due to the good old tax payer so you would have thought there would have been a little humility here.
