Exercise of Options and Director Share Dealing

The Company announces that 6,000 ordinary shares ('New Ordinary Shares') have been issued to David Earland the Operations Director of the Company on 7 December 2018 as a result of the exercise of options under the Oleeo Plc EMI Share Option Scheme at 112.5 pence per share.

The New Ordinary Shares, have been issued from the blocklisting facility, rank pari passu with the existing OLEE ordinary shares. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have in issue 7,626,054 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of OLEE under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following this exercise, David Earland will be interested in ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.15 per cent. of the issued share capital.
