Some weekend musings. Potential production numbers taken from Environmental Clearance application stating field development plan of 39 wells (30 to be drilled/9 existing to be worked over). 15,000 barrels of oil per day @ $ 80 per barrel = $1.2m per day2.83 million standard cubic meter of natural gas converts to 98,991 mcf Oilex have an off take in place of $4.30 per mcf so converted = $425,661 per dayTotal revenue $1.2m + $425k = $1.625m per day X 365 = $593mAverage oil and gas EBITDA of 11% kicks out $65m per year Average oil and gas valuation EBITDA multiple x 4.6 = $300m market capital https://www.valentiam.com/newsandinsights/ebitda-multiples-by-industryTodays 7.112 billion shares in issue would give a value of 3.1p (converting the market capital to £) assuming above production numbers were being delivered. Now these are crude numbers and don't allow for 1. Further capital raising (more shares issued) 2. possible debt funding 3. Farm out of a % of the licence. Going to be be an interesting 12-18 months.

Southway. We are allowed to continue with production and fracking regardless of the ratification being signed off.

The revenue from production will be split, 45% to us and 55% into a holding account until ratification is signed off. Once signed off we can bank all of the money and officially have 100% of the Cambay field.

The pipe work from the well into the main line was completed last week.

It’s literally a case of turning on the taps and monitoring the new flow rate to which we will be informed on and can then calculate the well’s daily revenue.

Why don't the 10% traders wait for a 100%+ ?
More fool them :-)

Link is slow...including the embedded documents...but may explain why the GOI 'rubber stamp' has taken longer than expected causing the equity raise at low levels, but the progress explains the recent appetite for stock even though the company has/is issuing stock.

C77H well when back producing shortly should flow at 1mmscfd. This is before fracking. Based on the off-take agreement in place that would generate income of £1.569m per annum, flowing 365 days per year, so factor in downtime let’s round down to £1.5m. Now let’s factor in re-frack and we’ve been told to hopefully expect 3-5 times better flow. You can do the maths on the adjusted cash flow. This is just for one well. The field development plan (2019) was suggesting 30 new appraisal wells and 9 work over wells in total across the acreage. Yes they’ll need funding. You can now start to see the scale of what Oilex have here.

Todays price is way below enterprise value, and yes sorry I keep banging on about that. Next milestone news flows will start to re-rate this share.

My bad... they need 2m but haven't yet got authorisation to issue 1.19m worth leaving 800k. Hence the need for an GM"To ratify 853,554,182 placement shares at an issue price of 0.0014 pence per share..."A healthy discount eh... Good old Novum LOL

or maybe as the RNS stated,

via the issue of 222,005,826 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares), bringing the total settlement proceeds to GBP0.8 million. The remaining Placement funds of approximately GBP1.2 million are anticipated for settlement by 12 January 2022.

0.8 million plus 1.2 million = 2 million

Or just read between the lines of the last RNS... we need 2m but only managed to raise 1.19m. Probably because they've shafted so many people in the past there's nobody else left to shaft lol
