Bharat petroleum is my understanding via the Gujarat government and BJP government, I don't think Oilex have much to wait, expect some informal RNS in few week before November 1st

Many have read about the coal and gas situation around the world not just UK, this morning the federal government and the Gujarat government will partner oex to start operations with federal government help, let's hope we see some news soon from OEX
