The jv will pay for the wells in exchange for a percentage of ownership. Paul Haywood of block energy is on the board here and if their drill in Georgia is a success which it deffo is, they could get involved here, just an idea.

True, but nearly 6 billions shares, the RNS brilliant but all those 5 millions shares but won't help unless their pressure on the buy than sell, 5.7 billions shares will not push this to a penny as many sellers will take profit

Dont say you were not warned piper - oilex have actually stated today they need to fundraise but no chance IMVHO it will be at todays inflated price.Look at previous months VWAP as a guide.

I think it will be a 0.20p fundraise and not the 0.175p you imply,simply because more value can be seen going forward.I predict that around may of next year OEX will become a very hot stock again and some real share price progress will be seen.

Be careful they will do a fundraise off this and will likely be around the previous months VWAP so potentially 0.175p region.But this will only be a short-term pain for us as im sure it will re-rate massive afterwards.
