High Court of Gujarat Update
Continued Suspension on AIM
Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat (Court), India, the Company announces that the Court completed hearing the final arguments late today (Indian local time).
As the matter has been held over until tomorrow, being 23 October 2018, trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended on AIM, pending a further announcement following tomorrow's hearing in the Court.
The Ex Parte Stay Order, which was originally put in place on 9 August 2018, automatically expires after 5 November 2018.
