Seems from the RNS old oily was completely wrong. Either he had no sources and he was guessing, or he was deliberately trying to mislead people on here. Either way, I've reported him.

Where are people getting the idea the £3m is paid to oilex? The £3m is paid to the court to look after until after arbitration. The arbitration is to argue about the amount owed in the first place. Oilex might argue this for months and get nothing!!!

Cambay is going to be tied up for some time now. £3m stuck in the court bank that we can’t touch until after arbitration. Lengthy arbitration, no guarantee GSPC will continue to fund, will drag their heels. They don’t even need to commence the arbitration until Dec. The dream is over. Don’t forget this is dual lodge too= even more shares in issue.

I don't understand why people are selling again on good news. Can anyone who is selling please tell me your reason of selling? If you actually taking profit that's good, but if you taking or considering to sell at loss pls do advise me.Read the RNS.OEX needs a partner, whatever happens, any attempt by GSPC to go backward will effect them only not OEX. The news for OEX is excellent, now they're can get on with the work early next year.
