Issue of Ordinary Shares
On 27 June 2022 Odyssean Investment Trust plc (the "Company") issued 50,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 164.00 pence per share from its blocklisting of 25 January 2022, pursuant to the Company's premium management strategy. These shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and they were issued at a premium to the estimated net asset value per share at the time of the transaction.
Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 3,606,500 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility of 25 January 2022.
As a result of this issuance, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 97,543,053 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 97,543,053. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
