Another deafening silence from Art. RS sounded rather bored, but I suppose that's just his style. The market has reacted quite well, which suggests that investors are prepared to start looking forwards rather than back.

Best strategy for the Board now is to clean up the mess, keep demonstrating that they have market-leading products and hope for a decent takeover bid. Shareholders are likely to get diluted first though, despite the optimistic noises on the subject from RS.

Agreed, Lego. A long haul, but bankruptcy unlikely at least. The best possibility now is for a buyout in the New Year.

Not sure I came away much more positive from the call. Ralph is doing all the right things but it is a long haul back to profitability and this stock being institutionally relevant

So now on top of everything else we learn that the auditors were incompetent as well (in not making appropriate enquiries when they signed off the statutory accounts).

If the conf call simply repeats the statement (the previous financial reports cannot be trusted, we broke covenants etc) and the CEO just says "cannot comment" to any sensible Qs then the shares will get hammered again. Hopefully they can provide a bit more info on current trading, new products etc

Still got loads in my pension but sold out of my trading IG stock. Not really sure what this rally is based upon? Barefoot and Vector are great but the CEO has still said he needs to re-finance? I'll buy again on any 10Q led weakness

These were in my sock drawer for a year or so while they delisted in London, they came out for a while but are back in again now. Maybe 2013 will be a good 'un...at least from here...B-).

More great news, and that's quite a gap above $2 to fill on the chart! I think we'll have a good day today, then selloff after results, which must be imminent. That's when I'll be loading up again- I'm not buying into this rise, as the rug could be pulled at any moment.

Until results are released, we can't say how bad things are/have been. After a extreme manipulation by the shorts, price has arrived where it is now. There are still serious issues of cash and cash burn that will be revealed soon, along with the corrective measures taken. There are too many unquantifiable elements right now, that the shorts have preyed upon. When things become clearer, the shareprice will return to a more sensible level. Has the fall been ovedone? Of course, after all, this is OCZ we're talking about! Extreme swings are the norm.

For the share price to be any lower than it is now OCZ will have needed to be paying people to take the drives off their hands...
