Could you imagine if they released the interims £3.7 mil cap Cash £6-8 million, profits of £2 mil (6 months profits not 12) and a 0.1p dividend which is now yielding 15% But means nothing because the guy in charge wants it all for himself, he's not happy with half of this. Incredible eh

£27000 loss at the close. I doubt I will invest ever again, they tie up your money and there seems to be little reward when you are conned like this. The excuse he makes is laughable, if every company took their approach 1500 companies tomorrow morning would be delisting. A disgrace and I urge anybody reading to make a complain to the FCA, if I can find any links later I will post them

This is not how it should go. Take the company private in a rush around Christmas and not even bother to give shareholders information in detail of the halfyear figures. They will be delisted before they are announced, while we are 3 months past the halfyear end. But basically it is still the same company with a very low valuation before today and now a real bargain. I was not planning to sell the shares anytime soon anyway because a lot still has to come here. So I'm not selling my shares but will patiently wait and hope John Gunn does not screw the other shareholders who still own 47% of the company. Does anyone has information on Roger Barby, who ows 9,2% of the shares, or other significant holders? I would like to know what they are thinking.

I would have thought that the type of business they are in JG would strive to keep a good reputation in the market. Clearly he sees nothing wrong with completely shafting shareholders. When he talks of a delisting being for the overall benefit of shareholders he has missed out the key word.....some

Dave, I get what you are saying, however, I'm interested to know if you have ever been wiped out on a company that was actually thriving financially? I know I haven't.I got wiped out on PRG which was an out and out scam.OXS which was destroyed by litigation and therefore unable to trade, and a couple of others like YELL which simply went insolvent. This is different, this can't end with zero value. As ordinary share holders of the company we are entitled to a share in the company's profits and value. We still own the same proportion that we did this morning. The intrinsic value cannot have changed, just people's perception, and my ability to trade them at fair value at the moment.

Dave, I'm holding over 2m, and it's a horrible situation today. BUT... it only becomes truly horrible if I sell and accept a loss. Why would I do that?I still hold shares in a company that is accruing cash, paying dividends, and growing.Unless they go into liquidation, I cannot be deprived of my share of that value.I might be entering into a protracted state of waiting, and an information vacuum... bet eventually, they will have to give me my fair share of the value of the business. One way or another.

Nothing offer now, cannot even buy 50,000 at 0.75p Sell at 0.615p as many as you want. For those still holding like me a few (700k) I might as well see if I can salvage a bit more for them

Yeah, the reason the bid is so strong is I suspect Gunn is mopping up as many as he can get to make the vote a certainty. Even now it's 0.68p bid for size which is above the 0.65p mid price

That'll be the day, anyone buying into this hoping for a fast trade will lose the lot, Keep well clear wouldn't you say Dave. Delisting will happen and share holders will be cleared out. I was surprised to see buyer's this morning. Didn't they read the rns.
