Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), ("Ocean Outdoor", "Ocean", or "the Company") a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home ("DOOH") advertising in the United Kingdom, announces that on 21 March 2019 it purchased for Treasury the following number of its ordinary shares ("Shares") pursuant to its GBP25 million share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 21 March 2019:
