Has the exclusivity cfc deal with Kroger limited Ocado from tapping the US grocery market? Kroger's proposed takeover of Albertson seems to have created a moratorium on new cfcs? If there is a moratorium should Ocado be paid for waiting or be permitted to form other partnerships with other US grocers?
Ocado's growth should not be set by one partner's m&a strategy. Ocado needs to regain control of its growth and profitability.

The only downside in US listing in my opinion - any positive rerating would provide a quick paper profit for directors (share options). Directors should pay the cost of their own goals.

I've picked up a couple of trances at 375 and 385p. This tends to snap back quite hard and recent results looked decent.

Surely we are due our bi-annual rumour of amazon coming in for a take over.

The CEO has served over two decades at Ocado- he's had long enough to be a UK version of Tim Cook or Elon Musk. He seems to have lost City confidence.

I voted for Board change in the hope new faces will deliver profit before empire building.

Today's uptick shows Ocado has to dump London for USA as well as CEO - too many missed opportunities and mistakes.

Imo before it decides to list in US, ocado will be taken over by some US company. UK market is cheap and I can see some of our good companies taken over.

The CEO has , imho, run out of ideas and time - he needs to go. If the UK Government of 14 yrs + is considered to be in need of change, why should a CEO with 20yrs on the Board not be replaced?

Has exclusivity CFC deals stymied Ocado’s growth when any partner opts to buy a supermarket competitor and, in the uncertain takeover period, freezes the cfc rollout programme till the merger is completed?

Agree that the role of many "directors" is to get millions in bonus and drinking champagne and eating caviar with first class travel. What're the actual benefits to the company ? Leaches have no benefit whatsoever. In fact many companies would do far better wthout "directors". Many cannot even "direct" a lost donkey in a walled corridor.
