Look up a company called Diginex. Look up who the founder/CEO and COO are.. and then look how much they just sold 51% of one of the businesses for.

Pelhams purchase can be converted to OBT shares at around 14.5p at todays rates.I'm interested in why he didn't purchase the shares instead.

Are there any profit forecasts?

If OBT make profits and pay dividends and grow those profits and dividends then it's shares will go up longer term, so don't worry shorter term.

eh once again no? the money left his bank account and went into someone elses bank account that previously owned the shares that he has now bought. "Obtala" has not gained anything from this transaction.
