The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 14 March 2019, it has purchased 404,100 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 189.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 204,399,936 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM of the London Stock Exchange, none of which are held in treasury.
