I am sure these results will be pretty awful so posting on Thursday makes sense. What matters most is what they say about the future.

Results/news must be out by Thursday close according to the Nomad. They're leaving it to the last minute I'm afraid and that never looks good. However at this sort of price it's still a fair gamble to me.

The good news is that the BOD have 28% between them, half through subscription or conversion of monies owed just over a year ago at 5p per share. They are sitting on a much bigger loss than me!

Imo the next set of results will be very bad indeed given they said they need to invest if any of them are to make any of their current activities profitable. It will though be a good opportunity for them to bury all the bad news ie loss of goodwill etc.
The key issue will be about what they say regarding the 'outlook'. Has that third party they mentioned in their last trading update decided to invest in the current business or not, or have they found a new business for a change in direction. If there is no news on either, and they are just drifting, I will be disheartened and the share price will I guess drift even lower. But I will keep living in hope rather than expectation!

I'm bored but there WILL be news within a couple of weeks now. Good, bad or indifferent, who knows apart from the BOD, and the market is saying very little apart from today's sale, taken above the bid.

If any buying develops I will see it as a sign of a good funding/ reverse takeover, and will be in for more myself.

I always think when I see very small trades that they are probably from deceased estates, and they have to be sold.

Yes that 'ransom strip' will have significant value imo IF another developer decides to take on the Rotherham project.

timely4....It's an out andout gamble, but I keep reminding myself that the last placing was at 5p, and the BOD took shares then. If the Rotherham land has any value, and now planning has been given for the major scheme which we have lost, just maybe there is value there. The other assets can make money. I hope the BOD don't sell the good bits to themselves.

I hope your faith is justified. I hold quite a few of these and keep hoping for some good news, but I do fear a massive dilution from a new investor buying into the company. I would much prefer a new start which imo would also be better for the share price.

I might be mad but I bought some more today. News of reverse bid etc most definitely due by the end of April, as are the results, which can't be all bad imo.

They should've brought out their final report today - I guess there's nothing to report. Beware any trade at the mid price, it might just be MMs shuffling stock between themselves.

The first decent sized trade for months has just gone through at 2p mid price. Not massive but maybe the start of developments. Anyone got any gossip here?

Actually it's 1% of the company, although just £12.000 value!
