25/4/2017 09:13 | he knows zero and has sold out completely now. Yawn. This is dead in the water waiting for suspension in 4 months. | taxibabe
13/4/2017 22:14 | Mark Lancaster was the largest individual shareholder with 6.4%. So what does he know that nobody else does. | pwhite73
11/4/2017 14:48 | Yes I agree it's worth a punt because anything can happen. But as it stands there is nothing on the table to suggest anything but bust. There is no cash and no assets. Where there are assets another party can decide to inject new cash and make a go of things. Without assets an RTO will be required which will automatically result in another suspension. You can't even have a takeover because there no assets to take over. You can't even have a standard acquisition because the company is too small. It's suspension or suspension. | pwhite73
11/4/2017 12:17 | some sizeable buys gone in today,we could see blue sometime this afternoon for a change. All to play for as we await news on funding and possible RTO. GLA who are in. | deltalo
07/4/2017 08:01 | Quartely Report out to 31/03/2017. Just £35k and no assets. If they haven't been paid already it is not enough to pay the nomad and other listing fees. You ask on LSE how comes the shares are down when buys are outweighing sells. That is probably because the company is trying to place stock at 0.025p. Regular announcements will convince prospective investors it is still alive and all to play for. This may well be the case in the end but at the moment I don't see it myself. | pwhite73
06/4/2017 13:58 | Yes there are more buys and I expect the daily buys to outnumber the sells for the next six months. As I said anything can happen. If there is enough interest the company can try and get away with a placing. The issue here is not one of money for the company has already stated it had room to issue further equity. The problem here is that it is a shell. It needs to complete a satisfactory RTO in the next six months. This will be its third attempt at an RTO. With a market cap of just £400k it will need to take over a company 10 times its size to convince the authorities the RTO is genuine. If that isn't bad enough in this current climate there is also the danger of the nomad walking which would result in an immediate suspension. | pwhite73
06/4/2017 11:11 | C'mon Deltalo Bruv, Credit where credit is due, be a man once in your bigoted life. Pwhite accepted his error of judgement, learn this ethic. | dark energy

05/4/2017 10:05 | It's a theory but I don't believe it myself. Even during the spike the share price was just to low to allow any long term shareholders out without incurring heavy losses. Someone made an offer to allow them to keep their assets and by law they have to consider it in the best interest of their shareholders. They can still raise capital via an equity issue but money is not the problem. They need to find a viable business or a viable business find them. They are capped at only 400k. | pwhite73
05/4/2017 09:47 | Agree not for the faint hearted high risk reward.Looking at it carefully bod announced funding rns created a spike then a few days later oh sorry no funding makes u wonder was that to let mates out before it goes totally under. | mally6
05/4/2017 09:38 | mally6 I agree. But one of the anythings in today's markets is a nomad resignation if the company has no business. And as I say any RTO will involve another suspension. | pwhite73
05/4/2017 09:20 | Six months anything can happen clean cash shell buy and hold | mally6
05/4/2017 08:32 | Hands up I admit I am wrong here anything can happen but at the moment I see nothing but a suspension and eventual delisting. The company is now a cash shell and has six months to make an acquisition. The mcap is so small that any meaningful acquisition would be an RTO. This would involve another suspension. I don't believe the directors have the stomach, time or cash for a third attempt at an RTO no with guarantee of a positive outcome. | pwhite73
04/4/2017 16:07 | AllPlease accept my apologies for the above post. It's a poster I had to straighten out on the VMP thread a few years back. Unable to cope with fallout of losing all his money he deals with it by accusing me of being TW wherever I post.I plead with you all to try and be understanding. Thanks. | pwhite73
04/4/2017 15:16 | The EGM is today so an update on the result is due very soon. The stock has been suspended on the ASX since 15/11/2016 the suspension will not be lifted until they prove to the regulators they have a viable business. I don't know what happens on the ASX if a stock is suspended for six months. | pwhite73
04/4/2017 12:24 | When will we know what's happening🤔 Lucky for me £11k up on img has covered any loss here! 😃 | glenkaz
04/4/2017 12:18 | They reported yesterday that the non binding funding talks were over hence the price drop.A true pump and dump company would have told you the talks are still ongoing and the company was optimistic of a favourable outcome although there can be no guarantees blah de blah. This would have sent the share price up for second helpings. They haven't done that. | pwhite73 |
