27/3/2017 08:51 | But an update has to be given before the April 04 meeting otherwise what was the purpose of adjourning the last meeting. Even if there is corporate news shareholders will not be voting on it because there is insufficient time and some have already cast their votes. | pwhite73

24/3/2017 12:30 | Makes no difference where this retraces to or if the placing price is 0.01p. It is down to the corporate news . If positive the mcap is low enough for this to multibag several times.IRG on the move again when the new placing is at 0.065p. It is worth a punt here. | pwhite73
24/3/2017 11:59 | Sorry chaps Gap closing. Ending in tears. Come back for a dabble at 0.035p | dark energy
23/3/2017 16:15 | Absorbed a lot of selling could end up BLUE | zico01
23/3/2017 08:57 | I doubt it will be a reverse takeover for they said..."if appropriate, execution, while maintaining the Company's current status and assets" Another RTO would simply mean another six months of suspension on both markets with no guarantee of a positive outcome. I think this is just a straight takeover. They will not be allowed to relist on the ASX as just a cash shell so there has to be corporate action or they'll just have to delist on the ASX. | pwhite73
23/3/2017 08:15 | A reverse takeover could also take place which would put a completely different construction on the company's assets and or share price. Its very speculative but at this price its only option money. Its potentially another RLH which went up on a mere £250000 investment at 0.1p | taxibabe
23/3/2017 08:00 | dark energy - "I think it was sheer exuberance here." Yes of course it was because nobody knows what the plans if any are. But the sharp rise in the shareprice was not to do with the exuberance but the fact that the market cap is so small and so is the shareprice. Put the two together and you have every private investors dream. The company also said this:- "The Company received overnight (Sydney time) a non-binding funding proposal. Acting in the best interests of shareholders, the directors determined that given the Company's current financial position, the proposal warranted further time for consideration and, if appropriate, execution, while maintaining the Company's current status and assets." So a placing may well take place at 0.02p or 0.01p as you suggest but if the news is positive the shareprice is very unlikely to be trading around that price. | pwhite73
22/3/2017 18:41 | dark energy - "equity raising? at 0.02 or 0.01?" At the current market cap the price equity is raised at is irrelevant. It is the perceived value of the company should there be positive coporate action that is important. IRG has a new backer at 0.065p yet shot up 1000% and has settled up 700%. Though I think its grossly overvalued. | pwhite73
22/3/2017 16:40 | Looking forward to tomorrow. | stealive
22/3/2017 16:14 | Gap should close tomorrow. | dark energy
22/3/2017 16:13 | That easy huh. equity raising? at 0.02 or 0.01? | dark energy
22/3/2017 15:21 | With the 125% rise yesterday the MM will try to sting traders. All it takes is a 50 % retrace and all gains ate wiped out. But with a mcap of only £1 million leaves plenty of room for growth. An adjournment until 4th April only two weeks away does sound to me as if something concrete is on the table. A London listing just on its own is worth at least £1.5 million a year in free cash via equity raised. | pwhite73
22/3/2017 15:13 | Red today Blue tomorrow! Mcap only 1.17m! | h2owater
