This is presumably purely to get around the change in tax laws which take effect from the start of the new tax year on 6/4. I have also seen this at various other companies recently, including LMP today...

Interim Dividend -

The Board of Numis announces that they have approved the payment of an accelerated interim dividend of 5.50p (2015: interim 5.50p) in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2016. This dividend will be payable on 5 April 2016 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 11 March 2016.

RSI Level is approaching oversold. I suspect jitters over current sentiment and how it might impact future UK corporate activity.

Not aware of any reason other than NUM going ex-div last week so dividend support has been removed in the short term but that wouldnt appear to account for the size of the fall in recent days.

Personally think it's been leveraged down to allow stateside and Larnden stock building at lower price, still a good investment, hold tight, share price should be £3.70+ by year end imho

I agree the research note is very positive. Strange that over the past two days the share price is down more than 10%. Time to buy more once the price settles. Unless anyone is aware of why the drop has happened. I've seen nothing reported.

Annoying when ADVFN get the Buy/Sell signals wrong, the 8000+ trades are obviously buys not sells, unless they have a benevolent market maker lol

Picked some up at 239 this afternoon .. divi in a couple of weeks so looks good :)
