Why's ex director took 8 m shares ? Why has cash been refused. Why does minty want shares in nuog ? Why have they said there will be a deal announced before any raise and at higher prices ? Every share that fall to a new year low, many occasions investors expected a bounce back.. this share going any lower spell big trouble and concerns..
If this reaches 0.3 ~0.4p level then most would need 2 to 3 bagger to break even..
I guessed the plus side if no mf deal then they can fall back to ramp up GH to bring the share price up again.. so not as bad as it seems.. 0.5~0.8p pretty on the safe side..

Look there is a 1/10 or 1/20 of NUOG pulling something out of the hat. So if one paid a considerably more for the shares, as many did, they might as well gamble and take a chance and Hold them. If however, you had the sense to buy in the 0.10-.20p range a profit is a profit and the outlook is very uncertain. Dilution almost certainly will occur this month or next and then the price will be lower. How much lower no-one knows but I suspect 0.50p for starters. At the end of the day its DYOR and Caveat Emptor.
