QuestionToday 08:27If a company has relevant information, under AIM rules aren't they obliged to release this info to it's share holders? such as 'Transformational News'.

If this is the case then surely if they had relevant news then it would have been released therefore if not released then up until now they do not have such news so why in that case are people expecting news before AGM?

Chan, you’re definitely one of the more considered posters here and I would love for there to be news next week,for everyone’s sake. however, what on earth are you basing that assertion on? News next week has been stated for months and months and months. Indeed, Berny verhmently told us newsflow was starting today earlier this week. I get that those invested (including myself want this to be a success) but there is blind optimism and then there is the penny dropping that there have been a lot of milestones and misleading stories spread. My eyes have been opened and I just don’t believe a word of it now.

Berny, get real. I don’t want anyone to lose money and it’s pretty low of you to suggest such. Stop spreading a narrative created by others. I’m not encouraging anyone to do anything other than raise their awareness that Minty is up for re-election a week today and if they don’t think he’s capabable of getting a revenue deal over the line then they can do something about it. It’s their choice to go to the AGM or use their proxy vote.

Anyway, you said newsflow was starting today and no RNS. Be in no doubt that many in the group you are in have their lines in the sand with this and exit strategy (some across next week). I’m staying invested but to what extent I’ve yet to decide. I hope to see you at the AGM, I’m no foe but I am tired at the lack of material progress and misleading communications including the use of insiders on BB’s here and I want clarification on that point for all genuine investors going forward.

We are ordinary people who are looking to better our futures and the security of our families by investing in the murky corrupt and quite frankly rigged world that is AIM. That is the reason and the only reason we disapprove of your never ending attempts to talk down the prospects of this company. You and whoever you work for obviously have an agenda and an interest in bashing Nuog. If you're coming to the AGM I hope you are man enough to look me in the eye and tell me why you want me and all the other Nuog investors to lose our hard earned money. Look forward to meeting you.
