Now that markets have closed over the weekend, we may be able to examine some more aspects of the complex deal being negotiated.

Given that the situation Brazil / Tuparao Martello / OSX3 / Dommo Energia has been discussed extensively in social media, and has not attracted any comments from the Company, nor triggered any deletion of posts here, remains the possibility that it is correct.

Previously, the Company said informally (?) That a previous agreement was canceled because of the provisions of Standard 14 of the AIM, and no doubt a company lawyer examined this and made some suggestions to go ahead. That was discussed last night.

Flávio Loures: The incorporation of MDFDevCo (Brazil) Holdings Limited in England is probably a consequence of this legal review. The holding companies are incorporated to hold shares in other companies; that is their purpose. It is a subsidiary of MFDevCo, which in turn is 50% owned by NUOG. Given Alan Minty's participation in NUOG and his indirect holding in RMRI Ltd in MFDevCo, it can be argued that MDFDevCo (Brazil) Holdings Limited is not controlled by NUOG but by Alan as the parent and therefore may not be treated as subsidiary. for the purposes of Rule AIM 14. The Company has spoken openly about the need for the right legal framework.

This opens some doors around the situation of Dommo Energia for participation without suspension of the NUOG listing for a new prospectus to be delivered.

So we have the peculiar situation where the chief executive of NUOG took control of an AIM-listed money-maker called Polemos plc, making that transaction a safe transaction?

] Flávio Loures: It's hard to believe that these things are not connected, considering the other Nordic business links Trustee on the readjustment of the OSX3 lease, the OGPAR croup reversing to Dommo in Rio, the role of Fearnley Offshore / Securities in this mix.

I can see a scenario where Polemos becomes the preferred owner of the OSX3 lease, and joins the MFD consortium; and MFDevCO (Brazil) Holdings Limited participates in the way that OGPAR finally reverts to Dommo Energia. This would avoid any dilution (as promised) and would allow MFDevCO (Brazil) Holdings Limited to coordinate the royalties project (as envisaged by Alan Minty in December 2017).

CDPL's Chinese facility must certainly be a drilling rig to resell the reservoir below the surface with new wells and MFDevCo (China) Facilities Limited will become the lessee with some leveraged financing through the good offices of COSL.

If he asked me nicely I'd tell him to do one ,I've never seen a company operate like this one tbh .They choose very poorly with there insiders because none of em can keep there mouth shut and ultimately do more damage to the company reputation.If I was advisor and had confidence in the short term out look I'd tell them nothing.However I do feel like the company has had its hand forced by certain individuals leaking from outside of company control .

I wouldn't rule it out just yet ,no name on agreement.What we do know is mfdevco submitted to Bondholders a few months back .Debt restructuring September a falling oil price will be putting significant pressure on dommo energia to meet its leasing agreement.I am of the belief that a new improved leasing agreement has been reached with Mfdevco.Will it come at 2pm as it's sensitive to more than one party.It will be transformational in terms of revenue generation.I am not ruling it out so quickly.
