Can you please give me your thoughts about being diluted by 66% today? what's the implication of such dilution?

BMKThis is a 2 year investment from now.Lots of different revenue avenues are being created.

ps i could sell 10mill in block 1 trade..so if all this mythical stock why would they take that much stock at just over 0.50p????(edited thought it was 0.49p was just over 0.5p)

ps if i had any of my other stocks kick off id be selling and buying more...but ive already sold stocks i could last week..so will need to wait next payment to buy more...and have a feeling this is a short term opportunity...there will be volatility as the 10% crew will be jumping off...but expect the share price to start to motor to where it should be and that is over 1p.

glenbo sent you mail...will send more later...no one likes to see 0.75p ...and then see it lower..and placing lower...as we are all human and think if id sold the lot or topsliced i could buy a lot more now??? cest la vie..

however bear in mind we hit low of 0.3p last year..so 0.5p is 66% higher sp???

if say stabilised at 0.4p for last month or so...then 0.5p is 25% higher share price ..

plus toolsmoker said placing at 0.5p last week,...so he knows and has bought 10mill and saying market short now...so i would go with him thn guys who appear post some crptic comments and divert peoples analytical minds...and instead sell fear????

Everyone knows you cant short these little aim companies only the market makers can hold short on there books they was short around 200 million ive been told and we have almost traded that today i think the overhang will be done within a day or two and we will be trading back upto the .60s

Glenbo. Unfortunately they always say over subscribed. It basically means we flogged at a discount as many as we could get away with so that our mates can flip them for a quick 20%. They would have already done quite a few in the recent rise.

Institutional investors is basically nonsense. It's their muckers making a few quid. If this board had any balls it would have bought into it at placing price.

They know as well as all of us that they will keep raising money until they make profit. Then they will buy. Not saying it's a bad thing but from experience it is easy to get diluted out of existence in the early stages.

BMKComedy is a long term holder and does have extensive knowledge of the company.My question is the 400m extra shares were oversubscribed so what does that say?The share price is now at the placing price.So what do we have an Empasse ?or do the institutions have more information than the average private investor?Just my opinion

All this because I do not want to share my privilege info/ research. Yes Comedy was kind enough to share his fantastic research of 50m barrels of oil guaranteed, good for him.
