Boots sell a 97% acurate test and hope to be able to do it by Christmas, and one eyed willy thinks it's going to affect a company with a massive government contract.... It's the rapid tests ltf he wants to keep An eye on.

i'm sure MP is just highlighting what could be a really up and coming UK company DVRG as it plans a full real time water / sewer covid and other full contamination testing systems. Could a real interesting day for NCYT today.

Have you seen what Boots are charging for their US sourced Covid test , £120 per test compared to Novacyt charge of £10 to the NHS. Good to see tests available at Boots but not going to put a dent in the Novacyt Rocket IMHO. But expect mm's to tree shake this morning

97% accuracy. I would not pay 120 pounds for a test that has a margin of error
There would always be that niggling doubt
Primerdesign are making their way into places where the tests have to be absolutely correct. But it is a shame an american company gets onto our high street when it is so difficult to enter their market.

D&D has f all to do with GAW.
D&D is owned by Hasbro.

Yes, D&D has been going for decades and always has new kids getting into it. There will be other coronaviruses to follow covid-19, some not as deadly, others maybe more so. Hopefully NCYT will use the cash effectively to develop other diagnostics.

To be fair GAW target market will continue to be around for years to come... the coronavirus market is hot market or fade that won't last long and NCYT are currently a one trick pony... all be it currently the leading pony. But the bubble will burst shortly, it always does.

well said, and just like GAW, NCYT has little effective competition and is seemingly a very well run, cash generating company making the right decisions at the right time

When there’s talk of ridiculous SPs, I would refer them to look at the outlandish share price at Games Workshop (GAW), how did that ever get to £107.50 per share?

So, IMO the forecast for NCYT doesn’t look that far away at £34.

Looking forward to another profitable day.
