Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that Martin Cocker, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of HeadHunter Group PLC, which completed its public listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market on 9 May 2019.

This announcement is made in compliance with LR 9.6.14.
