Change to Remuneration Committee Composition

Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that Michael Calvey has stepped down as a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee, effective immediately.

This change to the composition of Nostrum's Remuneration Committee was approved at a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held on 16 August 2018. Following this change the committee is comprised solely of independent non-executive directors, thereby ensuring that the Company is in full compliance with provision D.2.1 of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Mr. Calvey continues to serve as a director of the Company.
