Completion of Disposal of Magnolia Petroleum Shares
Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt is pleased to announce that is has sold its remaining holding of 152,000,000 ordinary shares in Magnolia Petroleum plc ("Magnolia").
As a result of this disposal, and the earlier disposals undertaken by the Company, Nostra Terra is pleased to report it has been able to realise a total consideration of GBP167,500 for its holding of Magnolia ordinary shares, which is a 34% premium to the GBP125,000 the Company originally paid to acquire the shares.
