Is there anycsummary on here prepped by a long termer of why they are invested. PRetty stunned to see the share price droppingcso fast partic as recent news has been so strong.Are we really only worth 2M and are the rumour mongers right that we are producing oil but at no real profit.Is it true that the NO ARRANGEMENT is also false and also that Man never landed on the MOON? Is it true that fairies do not exist? Only sensible replies please!!!!

Completion of Disposal of Magnolia Petroleum Shares

Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt is pleased to announce that is has sold its remaining holding of 152,000,000 ordinary shares in Magnolia Petroleum plc ("Magnolia").

As a result of this disposal, and the earlier disposals undertaken by the Company, Nostra Terra is pleased to report it has been able to realise a total consideration of £167,500 for its holding of Magnolia ordinary shares, which is a 34% premium to the £125,000 the Company originally paid to acquire the shares.

Think a lot of it is the armed robber and his hitpieces. Take the "numerous placings" that keep getting multiposted by haak and have become a meme. From RNS's they actually only raised 500k this year with one solitary placing following on from one July 2016 where they raised 250k which isn't bad for an aim oil co. in a poo downturn imo.

One by one they take their turn to spike and when they do everybody will want to buy in 50-100% higher.

Look at GGP selling below 1.15p first thing now paying 1.5p

Not looking very good here at all so clearly the BP arrangement as no value and the fact that Pine mills is profitable is worth not a jot so why is NTOG languishing Is it because of the numerous placings and history? At present seems like a falling knife. Next news I guess is about the negotiations re a (hopefully) good finance deal

Somebody is a distressed seller here. As soon as somebody buys some they sell what they can and repeat the process. Once they are out we might get some kind of bounce
that sustains.
