re determination of senior facility around the corner. to take in improved production at pine mills and Permian production. Don't expect a massive re-rate on the facility but it will all help.RC

Some heavy selling and buying going on as triggers probably getting set off.Call it a reshuffling of the pack if you like but new hands are probably in now.Wonder if institutional bets are getting involved now they seem bigger buys than normal.

Exactly 1bhs. Matt has developed, and uses to the advantage of NTOG, his contacts within the local US oil industry. That BP hedge facility was the key when concluded in Sept 2017.

If we get the partner on board the associated costs in ramping up the value here are potentially halved and everyone is a winner. I particularly liked the last paragraph of Lofgran's comments:

" Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer of Nostra Terra, commented:

"We're very excited to have such strong confirmation of the potential of the Mesquite Asset. The work that Trey has done on our behalf has been thorough and detailed. The volumetric map in particular could provide Nostra Terra with a crucial advantage as we develop this project.

The Report we received from Trey has helped us build a compelling investment case for Mesquite. We are especially encouraged by the NPV estimates and potential IRRs. The base case is built on conservative numbers and demonstrates a clear path to substantial value for a Company of our size.

Over the last two and a half years we have worked extremely hard to reposition Nostra Terra. Our focus was initially on building a foundation of producing assets that make money in a lower oil price environment. As we have said all along, we did this so that we could then introduce much bigger projects to the Company.

The Mesquite Asset is a perfect example of what we hoped to bring to Nostra Terra, where a single well has the ability to triple our current production, without the associated exploration risk. Now that we have the Field Development Plan based on initial assessment we will open discussions with potential partners, with a view to realizing considerable value at Mesquite."

This is what we've all been waiting for, I've been here since 2009 and been praying for this type of RNS for years, I just hope our patience here will be rewarded, it's been one hell of a ride, one problem after another, then consolidation, but it's all looking good. I thought that I would never ever see a return on my investment but now, I think I might, I still think 32p for me to break even, might be to big of an ask.I invested a lot of my life savings, in the hope that it would do better here, than sat in the Bank earning nothing in interest, it was invested to hopefully pay for my daughters wedding, so I've never been in any rush, but she's growing up fast she's 17 this year, so I live in hope that it will come good in the end.

If we didn't hedge, which isn't standard for a small company

Initial production estimated at 265 bopd. The economic life of each well is estimated to be 20 years, with 100,000 barrels of oil produced in the first three years of each wellSneeky worded RNS. They also need to factor in a potential 10% discount to WTI which is standard practice.
