Wish I had traded the Head and Shoulders pattern back when I called it but still holding all mine. Could retrace to 3 to complete but doubt will go that far.

Nothing like confidence NT68, I like your style and envy your bank balance in equal measure.

Same with markth126, take advantage of the latest discounts but I had the same attitude at 4.5p and felt it was settling there and no lower.

You might have moved too soon even yet, but can't be far away from optimum value so good luck. We all need to see some proper demand again though or else the lows of 2017 will be back on the cards looking at the chart and no support left.

It's funny when no one wants to buy at 3.55p, but next month they'll be paying 5p or 6p at least is my guess.

On the other hand, it is a fantastic opportunity to buy a bagger from these levels post April 20, had a small top-up this morning and ready to buy more if the patient comes alive again.

Interesting take on events. To me anyone still short, and even since March, has been playing a risky game as the 17% surge last week showed.

Why chance it any longer and risk something even more SP-enhancing here? Unless it is the likes of BMD and his cohorts and they can trust it is a pump and dump (or so the y think) and they will see the share price drop below the warrant levels anyway for maximum returns.

Maybe that is what's happening here but I'm not selling until the time on the warrants is up and the next lot of news maintains the cash flow positive momentum. What would be the point?

The trading today doesn't look like many others are likely to budge either imho.

But also not too low because you don't want to encourage too many buyers who tend to buy in 200k & 500k clips (imo).

In general it shouldn't bother a broker or a MM what premium a warrant holder makes, we saw that indeed with GGP where 0.6p warrants were happily placed in the market at 2p+.

The way the share price has been managed down over the last two months only suggests that someone is likely short NTOG and is going to take till April 20 to deliver back all the shares, which have already been sold in 5p range (ie in Jan), but now needs bored/anxious holders to sell and/or await the formal exercise of the warrants so the difference can be pocketed and thus the share price should stay low.

Not sure I understand that novicetrade68.

Why does it bother any broker or MM what premium a warrant holder is lucky enough to make? They still make their churn and in that regard they'd actually want the share price higher to encourage the flip, no?

It should already have been NTOGs turn Topicel, but someone probably still needs to deliver at least 10m shares back and clearly doesn't want to pay the remaining warrant holders too much of a premium. I wonder how many PIs are still going to be left dumping at these lowly levels, but if the share price is being kept in a strait-jacket for another 5 weeks then who knows what happens.

Also very often about flavour of the month. MATD this morning up 12% and now doubled since mid-Feb...on no news and simply exploring and drilling.

But in Mongolia. Maybe the Permian is too safe for some and mega-profits in risky places is what they crave...

Our turn will come again, even bluehorseshoe says so, or he would if he was about!

Yep, volume under 0.5m and not much between the buy and sell sides so the MMs are spooking people as usual to make a churn/turn.

When will they realise that a tick up would have the desired effect too?! My only conclusion otherwise is they have a nice lot of warrants to flip and are moving it down to attract the coin. As I say, never understood the logic as they can't have got hold of them this cheap.

I'd take some if I was flush.

How can you know these sells are warrants being sold ?Should they not be executed at 3p?Or is the option to sell at 3p or above before April 2018 end date?

And that 126 bopd is just Pine Mills, is it not? That is the steady - though improving - income stream that underpins the share price

What investors are looking at with each new announcement is the progress being made at Twin Well, the first of 24 drill-ready locations in our Permian Basin leases. The Twin Well has already added over 50 per day average, also improving, and we have therefore the potential to double, triple - who knows - the Pine Mills output.

My reasoning is this will get priced in as it happens or, if warrants are providing enough supply for the demand on the shares know then it will step-change SP-wise as they expire. Or in the lead up to that point.

The market just needs to weigh this correctly, that's all. The future pricing is not yet being allowed to break free imho, but I've learnt a lot more about warrants while I wait. So everyday is a school day and all that.

And all that for the paltry outstanding sum of £300k worth of warrants!

Really, that should/could clear in 3-4 hours any day, but instead shareholders will be messed with for another 6 weeks.

5000 shares is all I got a quote for after the bid dropped to 3.90p. 5500 shares went to negotiated trade. Some dodgies going on with this share, and whoever is doing the manipulating, I'm pretty sure they're going to manipulate all the way to Apr 20.

Doesn't necessarily mean the share price will fall through the floor, I think it will probably stay in range, as to not entice too many buyers.

I still think all available warrants have already been placed in the market against higher prices, but now some party is keen to keep the NTOG share price as low as possible to await the formal exercise of these warrants, and/or bore weaker holders into selling. As always warrant holders and genuine PIs get stitched up, so others can go to stripclubs in the City tonight.
