I have been told that no decision as yet re dates for issue of current Trading Update nor Prelims.

Just searched back through my old book and have highlighted no broker forecasts. It's my opinion there has never been a forecast for 2015.

Last company to pull the forecasts that I held was Styles and Wood, I sold up straight away the shares tanked on news but that was a totally different to what we have here, a profitable cash generating dividend paying co. Digital look had them for Styles but I've never seen one for NTBR on digital look.

I'm a little wary because "disappearing forecasts" are a trick I've see used by some really ghastly companies...so when they come out with rubbish numbers there's nothing to compare against (better/worse than f/c).

F/c was on Sharescope until a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe I'm paranoid. Anyone remember what WAS in the latest forecast?

I have never seen a forecast until after the results which meant it was not a forecast. What site did you see the forecast.

I guess the house broker as there was only 1 forecast. Maybe a warning is coming. Or maybe blow-away numbers. Or a bid. Or nothing at all...

Thank you for your comments.
After posing my question, I did spend sometime looking through previous accounts,trading statements etc. (wet Sunday here!)and on a PE ratio of the square root of naff all, expected increase in turnover and profit etc. the story does seem to be too good to be true.
Is Sepp Blatter on the BOD or something?
In all sincerity, it comes across as a very solid, 'North Country', "Where there's muck there's money" kind of operation on an incredibly good rating.
What, if anything, am I missing?
I further note that according to ADVFN 'Financials' page, the current PE ratio of 5.72 is 140.58% PE to PE Average!!!!

Cash retention is good and debt will be lower with an expected double figures increase in PBT puts these on a very low rating and should be trading at 70p imv.

Eezy as far as I'm aware there's no forecast from Cantors last in 2011. As far as shareholder friendly goes they are far from the worst in the small cap world.

EBB they did state in Dec that the order book remained strong and they were hoping for a good second half. So in my view the results should be as good as, or better, than last year.
