Director Dealings
Northcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that it has been informed that in order to meet market demand and with the permission of the Company's Nominated Adviser required pursuant to a lock-in agreement, the following dealings have been undertaken in ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Chris Hill and Amul Batra, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of the Company respectively.
On 25 October 2021, Mr Hill sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 200 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Hill remains beneficially interested in 1,523,668 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 25 October 2021, Mr Batra sold 64,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 200 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Batra remains beneficially interested in 969,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
