The following amendments have been made to the 'Grant of Options' announcement released on 16 May 2018 at 16.08 under RNS No 3285O.

The number of options granted to Iwan Phillips under the Schedule 4 CSOP Share Options Scheme is changed to 5,015 shares and the number granted to him under the Unapproved Share Options Scheme is changed to 14,985.

The total number of options granted is unchanged.

The total number of options held by Iwan Phillips under the Schedule 4 CSOP Share Options Scheme is changed to 28,034 shares and the number held under the Unapproved Share Options Scheme is changed to 67,966. The total number of options held is unchanged.

All other details remain unchanged.
