Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB) - a leading London listed Professional Services firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services (Board & Leadership Search, Senior Interim Management, Research & Insight, Leadership Consulting & Assessment, and executive level Talent Solutions) - announces that Steve Smith, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1.0p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.75p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Smith is beneficially interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares in Norman Broadbent representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
