Hi Mark, I was wondering where you had gone, thought you had maybe sold up...

I think the credit crunch hasn't helped, will be interesting to see if this has impacted on plots/chalets being sold...

I am hopeful, but will be interested to see next results... I do feel expansion is necessary...

regards

Yup its me, "hope lives on" as was- aka Mark G Hardy long term holder of 800,000+ shares and well hacked off.

This is looking like a seriously badly managed outfit.

I had hopes for Alex as (so I'm told) he's not often wrong, and when he and I met he seemed very competent, but this has the smell of a seriously wet dog where only the fee earners gain anything.

What are we invested in? A Norwegian ski resort that seems to be truly underperforming (for whatever reason) and very little hope of justifying even a 1p share price given the truly dreadful Russian deal.

Not impressive.

Any news cocerning ODYX HopeLivesOn? All been quiet for the last 6 weeks.
Perhaps credit crunch has taken its toll, and unable to raise the cash.

hi folks, yep, lets hope NORP can undertake several takeovers in what appears to be a fragmented market. If they can become a large player, there should be good profits, though this as we have seen can be dependant on the weather..

There are over 800 million shares in issue, anyone think there might be a consolidation due if there is/are purchases? I cant see much movement in the share price unless there is a concolidation as with so many shares in issue, a tiny rise in share price has an inordinate increase in overall market value..

cheers....

Let's hope Alex can get this thing moving. We worked together on a private project last year and he sure seems to know what he's doing.

NORP performing due diligence on private Swedish company ODYX which has ski resort operations in Russia. Presently trying to raise 10 million dollars to develop its activities.
If they go ahead a large share issue looks to be on the cards.

They have also changed their broker, so suggest some action is imminent.

Well I went along to the EGM.

Met the new CEO who seems keen, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

I sense things are going reasonably well and that expanded marketing into the other Scandinavian countries is ahead.

Share issues will surely be on the cards to secure funding for larger scale development and possible acquisition of other centres.

I emphasised the need to get the residual shareholders in the UK on board and perhaps motivation by shareholder discount might help. Also suggested tapping into the obsessive UK market for second homes and/or the ability to drop this sort of thing into a SIPP on a multi-owner basis.

Gut feel: stay for the ride in the near term (might even add a few) BUT they need to get rid of Mumtaz and Nealy if the perception of a new broom is ever to be fulfilled.

Here's wishing the new management well.

I am a very large seller at 3.25p. Wonder how long it will be before I'm taken out? This year?

Not for me. I don't hold, having ditched MSA some months before the RTO. Doh!

Anyways, good luck to you.

hi, yep, a good start so far....

Will be interesting to see what the next figures are like....

I must admit tho, I would have liked fewer shares issued during reverse takeover...

Anyway - suppose one mustn't grumble, at least there is now a profitable business in existence!

Has all previous posters lost interest in this share since the reverse take over deal
with MSA?
A good start, and future figures should be good.
