Principle Capital, the new investment vehicle of famed activist Brian Myerson, has taken a stake in troubled nursery school group Nord Anglia Education.

LONDON (AFX) - Training and childcare company NordAnglia Education PLC confirmed it is in talks with its lenders over amending the terms of its debt facilities, but added it is confident that its debt issues could be resolved satisfactorily.

The company added that it had increased occupancy levels within its nurseries division by 6 pct over the three months to end April.

Partners Limited that as at 14 June 2005, Bulldog Financial Limited has a
beneficial interest in 3,185,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing
8.43 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
