London, 17(th) May 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 16(th) May 2019, Dr B R Shetty (Non-Executive Joint Chairman), exercised nil-cost share options over 19,955 shares, granted to him in 2017 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP").

Following this transaction, Dr Shetty has an interest over a total of 40,101,606 shares, including shares currently held by his spouse, Dr C R Shetty, representing approximately 19.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
