Exercise of share options

London, 2 April 2019: NMC Health plc ("NMC", the "Company" or the "Group"), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 1(st) April 2019 Dr C R Shetty exercised nil-cost share options granted to her in 2016 under both the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") and 50% of those granted to her in 2018 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

Following the exercise of these options, the Company issued new Ordinary shares of 10p each respectively to Dr Shetty as follows:
