Purchase of Shares

London, 29 August: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, received notification from Jonathan Bomford, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 28 August 2018 he bought through his ISA, a total of 500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3,958.59 pence per share. In addition, Mr Bomford's spouse, Marion Bomford, also bought through her ISA, 500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3,952.00 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Bomford's share interest remains at a total of 19,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company, including Mrs Marion Bomford's direct interest in the shares of the company, totalling 4,500 shares.
