The firm has a market cap of $4.88B and a P/E ratio of 25.29. At current levels, it’s a hidden gem with great upside value to the investor. It has all the requirements to be a great company, we strongly recommend to invest in this stock.

Loving the conspiracy thread and passive aggression now emerging. Exposes a lovely layer of paranoia on top of your core narcissistic personality disorder. You certainly do have a well rounded dysfunctional personality. Shutting down now and going to a more credible chat forum. No...don't be upset, I'll be fine but thanks for the good wishes. It's been a blast watching you feed off your own emotions. Impressive.

This broker's note was released yesterday which explains the rally:

BARCLAYS REITERATES NMC HEALTH AS 'TOP PICK' IN SECTOR
(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Barclays reiterated NMC Health (overweight; target price: 4,275.0p) as their 'top pick' within the sector following a roadshow by the company's management earlier in the same week.
Discussions at the roadshow had focused on the fundamentals of the business, with its business performance continuing to exceed expectations thanks to record numbers of patients.

"It was therefore unsurprising that management were perplexed at the dislocation between fundamentals and the stock price," they said.

Investors were sounding a similar tune, describing the firm's recent first half results as "encouraging", particularly as regards the firm's improving free cash flow.

"Further evidence of execution, approval of the buyback and debt paydown should drive a re-rating in the shares, which screen attractively relative to the growth. We detail the key takeaways below. NMC Health remains our Top Pick in the sector."

The market holds all the aces and will decide which way NMC will go. Buck the trend at your peril, one time out of 10 it will work for you. Thank you for getting it, AquaeSulis01, appreciate the balanced view and lack of personal jibes.

If you look back over the last 8 years of posts on here, you will see I have been bullish on NMC, rightly so at the time, and investment in this co. paid handsomely. My short term view, based on ME tensions, Fosun's approach, market pressures and NMC's willingness to stretch itself too quickly (in my view) with takeovers and expansion support my bear view this will hit the buffers at £18 or thereabouts. I will fill my boots at that point and make a lot of money. £40 would be great, but just isn't going to happen for some years yet, but I do expect £25 plus to be achievable by end of next year.

Sounds as if you guys are squabbling over stock technicals than company fundamentals.

I'll stick my head above the parapet and say that I appreciate research based comments from both bull and bear contributors as it helps to provide a balanced view of both the short and mid/long term company prospects and market sentiment. Yertiz has a short term view that is pessimistic based on trend whilst rabbitfoot has countered with a candlestick pattern view based on a golden cross. At the end of the day it is news that will shift this substantially in one direction or another and on previous history an RNS normally has a positive effect on the share price because NMC have a good story to tell. My previous reference to the value of the health data held by NMC which has not been factored into the target share price by any of the analysts is valid, The CEO CMD presentation slide pack at slide 53 shows the basis for the $51 Billion unrealised benefit attributed to data

OK, I'll lay down the gauntlet and suggest you try and ban me from here. This site has been overrun by bots spouting meaningless statements anyway. Believe what you will, but ramping a stock is no better than shorting, especially if there are undertones of corporate influences at work, which I believe there are. Some of you need to seriously wake up and smell the coffee or you are going to lose serious amounts of money if you follow a BB for your investment advice. I note those striking personal comments about and against me are very fresh to the table, are you part of this disinformational ramp too? Good luck with the ban attempt, I do like a good fight. Lol.

Can I suggest that whoever moderates this forum (though I wonder if anyone actually does) takes a serious look at the comments from Yertiz as he clearly has issues.

Yertiz — Pls tell me you really are not 60y old ?! You are so childish and rude that it would really deeply sadden me if you were.

Please let’s keep this room professional, without any amateurs and with factual comments. The level of discussion used to be high and professional pre September until it got overtaken by random amateurs and teenagers.

Just came across this site and wondered whether I should join the chat and contribute to the collective knowledge and intelligence on this company. However, after a brief scan of a few pages of comments to get the flavour of the level and tone of discussion I don't think I will bother. It seems to be populated by a number of quite unpleasant individuals. I am all for robust discussions but it's a shame that these individuals are unable to express themselves without resorting to personal attacks and childish comments. Grow up guys.

Yaaawn. You're not Branj's colleague mentioned in post 1510 by any chance? Just asking, like.
I'll give you a clue on the direction this is heading - let the trend be your friend. I'm buying back when my £18 target is reached (as previously stated several times) because it has much more of a chance reaching my target than yours. End of.

Yertiz, a Short is someone betting on the failure of a company or its stock, so by definition you are a Shorty. But who cares, you make no difference whatsoever and have zero weight on what happens to the company or on this forum, and nor do I. You can bet all you want on this stock going further down, but one thing is for sure: it will not stay at that level forever, any long knows that sooner or later it will be back in the 40s.

A colleague of mine has held stock in this company for a really long time and has earned good ROI so far. I am myself thinking of investing in this stock given the good trend.

Yeah, whatever. Let's see who's right by December.
Btw, never shorted a share in my life but if I were to do so, then NMC would be there or thereabouts. Keep on wearing those rose tinted specs, lol.

yertiz, I suggest you keep your idiotic comments to yourself, they make you sound very childish. Anyone is allowed to post comments, you don't have the monopoly and you certainly do not sound more insightful than others. If anything you come across as a Short, which I abhor.

The stock opened at 2,273 today. The company has maintained a good year on year of 3,764 proving that investing here is actually a good decision.
