The Company is not able to independently verify the information contained in the TR-1s or the PDMR Notification. In particular, the Company wishes to draw attention to Section 11 of each TR-1, which includes, among other things, a list of information in relation to H.E. Saeed Bin Butti and Khaleefa Bin Butti's holdings or purported holdings of Ordinary Shares that their advisers have been unable to confirm. That list includes the status of 10,900,000 Ordinary Shares that the Company has been notified by H.E. Saeed Bin Butti and Khaleefa Bin Butti's advisers were held by BRS International Holding Limited (of which Dr Shetty is the sole shareholder) for H.E. Saeed Bin Butti and Khaleefa Bin Butti pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding dated 31 May 2017, but which, according to notifications sent by Dr Shetty to the Company and published by the Company on 18 February 2020, were sold by First Abu Dhabi Bank between 3 and 6 February 2020.The Company continues urgently to seek clarity from each of Dr Shetty, Khaleefa Bin Butti and H.E. Saeed Bin Butti in relation to their respective shareholdings, and encourages Dr Shetty, Khaleefa Bin Butti and H.E. Saeed Bin Butti, and their advisers, to agree the legal position in relation to their ownership of the Ordinary Shares in question without further delay.

FTSE down .5%, all stocks opened lower today, this will and I repeat will smash £9 by end of play today! this share is worth way more than the prices you are seeing currently. 190 properties globally, 1800 docs, operations in 20 countries, strong growth performance over the last 5 years, expected to report great results again on 4th March. It will take time but this will be back to £20 in the next few months. It happened at TESLA when stock jumped 400% in 6 months from June 19 to Jan 20, and with many Other companies and it can very well happen here!

THIS IS A SHORT SELLING SCAM - BEWARE! Shyst3rs hoping to benefit from short selling will do so by perpetrating fear. They use online personas that imply they are with the Securities and Exchange Commission or the National Association of Securities Dealers. And use these associations to pump up their reputation for spotting worthless stocks. By cluttering message boards and forums with lots of negative messages, short seller con artists try to make it as difficult as possible to find positive information regarding a particular security. They say things like, “Get out before it all comes crashing downâ€�. And imply they are looking out for investorâ€T82;s best interests by highlighting stocks that will go to zero in price causing a complete loss for anyone holding the stock. These short and distort manipulators will do everything in their power to keep buyers away from the stock.

The effect from all of this manipulation and distortion is that those holding the stock will sell it based on the misinformation about the company and its stock. Even if that means taking a loss by selling the stock for less than it was originally purchased for. Simultaneously, the short and distort scammers cover at the low prices and lock in their potential for profits. This can be devastating for the company and the investors who fell for these smear campaign tactics.

There are a few things you can do as an investor to protect yourself:

Verify facts – don’t believe everything you hear or read about a security or company.

Good news. Having cross checked Shetty BRS holding- actually looks like he no longer holds a position in NMC as his bank has sold all his stock 11m shares or £100m worth! That means the overhang seen is pretty much gone, the shorts have gone from 10% to 1%. The share prices was ORIGINALLY smashed by MW report in December but the major damage was done by the pledged shares NOT the report and now that's been removed. The company should stabilise and their trading update and report will be out in 2 weeks time! With couple of takeover bids on the horizon these beauties will be back above £15 in the next few weeks! If it can come down 50% in a few weeks, it can easily go back up 100% in the same time!!! DYOI and all that but this a great buy in my book!
