This is the potential concern!That Gavin Launder L&G fund manager says has gone beyond the Muddy Waters claims!Filings this month show that Shetty pledged a quarter of his NMC stake against loans with First Abu Dhabi Bank and Zurich-based Falcon Private Bank. Two other shareholders may own half of his reported stake. Will close up and in blue today! Having cross checked Shetty BRS holding- actually looks like he no longer holds a position in NMC as his bank has sold all his/Butti’s :) stock 11m shares or £100m worth on 3rd Feb. That means the overhang seen is gone, the shorts have gone from 10% to 1%. The share prices was ORIGINALLY smashed by MW report in December but the major damage was done by the pledged shares NOT the report and now that's been removed. The company should stabilise and their trading update and report will be out in 2 weeks time! With couple of takeover bids on the horizon these beauties will be back above £15 in the next few weeks! If it can come down 50% in a few weeks, it can easily go back up 100% in the same time!!! DYOI and all that but this a great buy in my book!

Ameretto and Dave - Shares were already sold by BRS’s bank on 3rd Feb and are in the open market now, so no change in the situation from company’s perspective. it’s a personal matter amongst them two to clarify who owned them shares, so that company can file the relevant docs accordingly. Old news!

I think we see a mixed picture in these announcements which present risk!The fact they still can't say who owns what is a pathetic situation to be in!In addition we don't know what the report will say!If they have found anything untoward that will have a very negative effect on the SP!If not it will have a positive effect!

DYOI and all that but IMHO this share is worth way more than the prices you are seeing currently. 190 properties globally, 1800 docs, operations in 20 countries, strong growth performance over the last 5 years, expected to report great results again on 4th March. It will take time but this will be back to £20+ in the next few months. It happened at TESLA when stock jumped 400% in 6 months from June 19to Jan 20, and with many Other companies and it can very well happen here! Also, Looking at the charts and fundamentals, only way is up here now folks - bring on £12 by results day and £15+ in the few weeks after that.

Besides Shetty and his buddies share ownership shenanigans, This remains a great Business and IMO has still at least 100% upside from here on, in the next few weeks! Solid growth business, great fundamentals, results out on 4th March!!

FREEH report will likely be delivered to the company this evening after market close. They then analyse its findings over the weekend and issue RNS on monday... they'll then have just over a week to finalise full year results statement before 4 March.... All IMHO

opportunistic at best. i don,t think we have seen the bottom yet. when all is revealed regarding directors holdings and company debt the share price will take another hit.
